Return Policy

We hope you never have to return any of your Apple & Lo purchases, but we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied with a product, please let us know.

After you have received your item(s), inspect them to make sure there are no defects, wrong item(s) sent, or if something is missing. If any of these things happen, please email us within 2 days at and we will get it corrected for you!


  • We do not issue refunds. We DO however issue store credit. You will receive store credit via E-giftcard or, if purchased in-store, a physical gift card. 
  • If you purchased online and need to return an item, please email us. We will invoice you for the return shipping costs. When the invoice is paid, we will email you the return shipping label. All online returns must be MAILED back to our storefront: 213 7th St N, Clanton, AL 35045.
  • Sale items, bodysuits, swimsuits, accessories, sunglasses, hats/beanies, candles, laundry wash, room spray, jewelry, home decor, party supplies, and gift cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • If a final sale item is returned to us, we will send you a shipping invoice via email for the ineligible item(s). You are responsible for paying the invoice within 7 days after it is emailed. If the shipping invoice is not paid, the ineligible return will be donated. We will attempt to contact you before donating.
  • You have 7 days to return your items for store credit.
  • Shipping for return items is non-refundable, therefore the buyer is responsible for the shipping.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags. No makeup stains, No deodorant stains, No perfume or cigarette smell, No pet hair. No smells or stains of any kind will be accepted.
  • All shoe returns must include the original shoe box without postal labels. If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed inside another box or a mailer for return shipping to protect the shoes. If there are any shipping stickers or labels on the shoe box, we will not accept the return. All shoes must be unworn and in the original condition.


  • We do not offer exchanges. An E-Giftcard will be issued once your return is received and processed. We recommend placing a new order for the item you wish to exchange. We cannot always guarantee the item/size you would like to exchange will be in stock.  


  • You have 7 days to exchange eligible items. You can exchange your items for another item, or you can receive store credit. 


  • If you have received a defective item please contact our customer service  by emailing us at within 2 days of delivery. Please include your first and last name, order number, items name, and photo of the defect in the email.

  • If you contact us outside of the 2 day window the item does not qualify for replacement or return


  • We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or marked delivered packages. To file a claim with the carrier, please click the following link:
