Returns
We know that you will LOVE all your purchases from Apple & Lo!!! However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. If returned within 14 business days after delivery, you will receive store credit.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are UPS, USPS and FedEx. 

No return authorization is needed. Please email us with your return request and we will send you the return information needed.

 

Please include your packing slip with your return.

Once we receive your return, Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive a store credit that is good for 90 days. You will receive email notifications for your return and store credit.

All items purchased on SALE are final sales.

Accessories, leggings, bralettes are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. ALL items must be returned in perfect condition to be eligible for return/store credit.NO makeup stains, No deodorant stains, No perfume or cigarette smell, No pet hair, No smells or stains of any kind will be accepted.

All damaged item must be reported within 2 days of delivery. Pictures of damage may be requested.

Any items returned to Apple & Lo that are not eligible for store credit will be shipped back to the customer. A $10 shipping fee will be charged to your account.

All shoe returns must include the original shoe box without postal labels. If you are returning shoes, the shoe box must be placed inside another box or a mailer for return shipping to protect the shoes. If there are any shipping stickers or labels on the shoe box, we will not accept the return.

Shipping fees are not refunded.
